Book of Ink is a book about the stories of three tattoo artists. My group mates and I interviewed three tattoo artists with very distinctly different styles, namely Japanese traditional, American New School and abstract style.

The book is hand-bound using coptic stitch technique. The cover is printed with digital silver ink on skin-like textured paper. We created illustrations based on the works of each tattooist.
